基于DPSIR模型的福建省生态文明建设评价研究

Study on the evaluation of ecological civilization construction in Fujian Province based on DPSIR Model

基于生态系统视角,引入"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应"模型(DPSIR),构建了包括5个子系统合计31个指标的省域生态文明评价指标体系。运用熵权法对福建省2007-2013年的生态文明建设状态及生态文明协调度进行实证评价。依据评价结果,福建省生态文明指数最高年份得分为0.684,最低得分为0.296,总体发展呈上升趋势;根据生态文明建设水平指数分类,福建省2007-2008年属于相对薄弱阶段,2009-2010年属于相对均衡阶段,2011年属于均衡发展阶段,2012-2013年属于相对发达阶段。基于该研究结论,从社会、政治、经济、文化、法律等方面提出促进福建省生态文明建设的对策建议。

From the perspective of ecological systems,the ＂ driving force-pressure-state-impact-response＂ model（ DPSIR） has been introduced to build the provincial evaluation index system of ecological civilization,including a total 5 subsystems involving 31 indicators. With the method of entropy-right,empirical evaluation is conducted on the construction and coordination of ecological civilization during between 2007 and 2013 in Fujian Province. According to the evaluation results,the yearly highest score of ecological civilization in Fujian Province is 0.684,the lowest score is 0.296,the tendency is on the rise. According to the construction level index classification,construction level of Fujian Province is a relatively weak phase during between 2007 and 2008,a relatively balanced stage during between 2009 and 2010,a balanced development stage in 2011,and a relatively advanced stage during between2012 and 2013. Finally,the countermeasures on promoting ecological civilization construction are proposed in the regards of social,political,economic,cultural,legal aspects in Fujian Province.
