祖国大陆游客赴台旅游业务安全事故的引致因素研究

Research on triggering factors of business security accidents of mainland residents' travelling to Taiwan

旅游业务安全事故是影响祖国大陆游客赴台旅游的重要事故类型。以2010-2013年发生的661起祖国大陆游客赴台旅游业务安全事故为基础数据,综合使用列联表卡方检验、Fisher精确检验等方法对祖国大陆游客赴台旅游业务安全事故的类型及其与事故引致因素的关系进行统计检定。研究表明:祖国大陆游客赴台旅游业务安全事故的主要引致因素包括环境风险因素、人员风险因素和设施设备风险因素等,且不同类型的业务安全事故的引致因素具有分布上的差异性,应有针对性地采取风险防控策略以减少祖国大陆游客赴台旅游业务安全事故的发生。

Mainland residents’ travelling to Taiwan is playing a more and more important role in the cross-strait communication,but a series of tourism business security accidents seriously affected the healthy development of it. Taking the case study method,based on 661 cases,the data of business security of mainland residents’ travelling to Taiwan during between 2010 and 2013 are investigated. Combining the methods of crosstables chi-square test,Fisher’s exact test,a statistical analysis is conducted on the relations between business security accidents types and accident triggering factors. It has been discovered that the main types of business security accidents of mainland residents’ travelling to Taiwan including travel delay,trip cancellation,certificate loss,personnel lost,items miss,contract dispute and ticketing accident. The risks of personnel,facilities and environment are the major factors that trigger the business security accidents and the number of business security accidents caused by environmental risk factors. Triggering factors exhibit a remarkable correlation with the types of business security accidents,and for different types of business security accident,the distribution of risk factors are also significant difference. For example,in travel delay distribution,the environmental risk is the main factor that triggers this type of business security accidents. Based on the analysis above,some suggestions are put forward.
