厦门鼓浪屿碳足迹测算及减排策略分析

发展低碳旅游是旅游业实现可持续发展的重要措施之一,有效发展低碳旅游的关键在于知悉旅游碳排放的足迹与数量。以厦门鼓浪屿为调查地收集相关数据,在明确研究边界和旅游碳足迹测算模型的基础上,从餐饮、住宿、娱乐、交通、购物、游览等旅游六大要素对鼓浪屿旅游碳足迹进行测算和结果分析,并根据研究结果从管理部门、旅游社区、旅游企业和旅游者等四大利益相关者的角度,对鼓浪屿的低碳减排策略进行探讨,提出制定低碳旅游标准、引进低碳技术、开发低碳旅游资源、营造低碳旅游吸引物、配置低碳旅游设施、鼓励绿色低碳经营、倡导低碳旅游消费方式等建议。

Low-carbon tourism is one of the important measures for the sustainable development of tourism. The key to develop lowcarbon tourism is to know the carbon emissions. Taking the Gulangyu Islands as a case,collecting the relevant data by the field survey,the research boundary and tourism carbon footprint model is given,an analysis and calculation is made on the tourism carbon footprint of Gulangyu Islands,which includes catering,accommodation,transportation,sightseeing,shopping and entertainment.Meanwhile based on the four major stakeholders of government,tourism community,tourism enterprises and visitors,the carbon emission reduction strategies of Gulangyu Islands is discussed in the regards of establishing low-carbon tourism standards,applying low carbon technology,developing low-carbon tourism resources,creating low-carbon tourism attraction,configuring low-carbon tourism facilities,encouraging green-low-carbon operation and low-carbon tourism consumption patterns etc.
