摘要 目的:探讨医学本科生心电图实习带教方法,为提高医学教学水平奠定基础。方法:将2012-2013年在院实习的80名医学本科生随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40名。对照组进行常规实习内容;观察组在常规实习内容的基础上调整2周的心电图实习,由科室年资高的医生按照制定的带教方案进行实习带教;两组分别在实习开始前和结束后进行一次心电图知识的理论、操作及阅图考试。结果:观察组在心电图理论知识、操作方法、正常心电图及常见异常心电图诊断的考试得分均超过对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=22.321,x2=37.883,x2=31.179,x2=10.66;P<0.001)。结论:基于医学本科生具体情况,总结临床教学工作过程的思路,提高实践动手能力,在阅读和分析心电图能力上较实习前有显著提高,并超过对照组。该带教方案可行有效,值得进一步探索和推广。 Objective:To explore the medical undergraduate teaching method of ECG. Methods:random sampling in the practice of medical undergraduates in our hospital ,2013 medical undergraduates as the experimental group, 2012 medical undergraduates as control group, two groups of 40 (male, female 20), age 22~23 years old, the experimental group internship period adjustment of ECG in 2 week internship, ECG during the internship period, by the junior high the doctor, according to a set of prior to the development of the teaching plan, practice teaching, the control group had no ECG internship content; in the two groups before and after the end of internship, were an ECG, theory of knowledge, operation and map reading test. Results:In the experimental group in the ECG theoretical knowledge, operation method, normal electrocardiogram, abnormal electrocardiogram exam scores, were more than that of the control group, there was significant difference in two groups(x2=22.321, x2=37.883, x2=31.179, x2=10.66;P〈0.001). Conclusion: According to undergraduate medical situation, summarize the clinical teaching process ideas, enhance the practice ability, is before the practice was significantly increased in the reading and analysis abilities of ECG, far more than the control group. The teaching plan is feasible and effective;it is worth further exploration and promotion.
