固溶温度对00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4W马氏体时效不锈钢组织和耐点腐蚀的影响

摘要 通过显微组织分析、动电位极化曲线和均匀腐蚀全浸试验研究了00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4W马氏体时效不锈钢固溶温度1 050~1150℃对该钢组织和人工海水中的耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,固溶温度影响马氏体时效不锈钢的组织均匀性和晶粒尺寸,进而影响该钢的抗点腐蚀能力;00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4W马氏体时效不锈钢适宜的固溶温度为1 100℃,经1 100℃1 h固溶处理后,其年腐蚀速率仅为1.09μm/a,击穿电位为300 mV。 The effect of solid-solution-treated temperature 1 050 - 1 150 ℃ on structure and corrosion resistance in ar- tificial seawater of maraging steel 00Cr13NiTCoSMo4W has been studied by analysis on microstrueture, using potentiody- namic polarization curves and uniform corrosion immersion testing. Results show that the solid-solution-treated temperature influences uniformity of structure and grain size of the maraging stainless steel, and then influences the pitting corrosion re- sistance of steel; the suitable solid-solution-treated temperature of the maraging stainless steel 00Cr13Ni7CoSMo4W is 1 100 ℃ , and the annual corrosion rate of the maraging stainless steel OOCrl3Ni7CoSMo4W solid-solution-treated at 1 100 ℃ for 1 h is only 1.09 μm/a, and the breakdown voltage is 300 mV.
