我国学生体质健康测试管理闭环机制设计及质量控制方法

Design and Quality Control Method of Student Fitness Health Test Management Closed-loop Mechanism for Chinese Students

以我国学生体质健康测试管理闭环机制及质量控制方法为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,首先借鉴PDCA闭环管理模式设计出我国学生体质健康测试管理闭环系统图,然后制订出PDCA循环质量控制的步骤和方法来保障这一闭环机制的运行效果和质量,最后结合我国7个省份21所高校的实证调查数据,对PDCA应用于我国学生体质健康管理工作进行应用实例分析,以期推进我国学生体质健康测试管理工作的规范化和科学化。研究表明:(1)结合我国普通高校大学生体质健康测试管理工作的实际运行现状,在借鉴PDCA戴明循环理论和闭环管理等相关理论的基础上,以强化各环节监控和全面提高质量为目标,设计出我国学生体质健康测试管理闭环系统图,可作为对学生体质健康测试工作实施全面质量管理的有效组织模式;(2)按照PDCA戴明循环理论制订的学生体质健康管理PDCA循环质量控制步骤和方法,具有普遍的指导意义,建议各级各类学校在今后的体育教学改革中加以推广应用,并使其逐渐完善。

In this article, closed-loop mechanism and quality control method of Chinese students＇ physical health test management as the research object,by research methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, firstly using PDCA closed-loop management model to design Chi-nese students＇ fitness health test management closed loop system diagram, then establish quality control method to guarantee the running effect and quality for this closed-loop systems. Finally, on the basis of questionnaire survey to 21 universities from seven provinces in China, application example analyzed on PDCA applied to Chinese students＇ fitness health management work, in order to promote Chinese ordinary university students fitness health test manage-ment standardized and scientific. Research shows that：（1）combined with the actual operation situation of universitis students＇ physical health test manage-ment work, on the basis of relevant theories of PDCA Deming cycle and closed-loop management, to, as the goal to strengthen the monitoring of each link and to comprehensively improve the quality, this paper designed the closed-loop system diagram for Chinese students＇ physical health test management,which can be used as an effective organization mode of implementing total quality management in students＇ physical health test work.（2） In this article, the PDCA circulation quality control steps and methods for students＇ physical health management, put forward according to the PDCA Deming cycle theory, is of general significance. So suggested that it can be implied in P.E. teaching reform for various schools, and make it perfect gradually.
