森林凋落物取样及剖面结构图片获取技术

摘要 为了对森林凋落物进行取样并获取凋落物剖面结构图片,使用聚丙烯酸乙酯对森林凋落物原始自然结构进行固定,切断周边凋落物进行所选凋落物模块的采集,然后对采集凋落物模块进行石蜡固化以提高硬度,再对经石蜡固化的凋落物模块剖面切割、刨光,将剖面刨光部分的石蜡溶化后,对剖面进行扫描,以获得森林凋落物剖面结构图片。结果表明,取样凋落物基本保持了原始结构,具有一定的硬度,可以取回实验室操作,所获剖面结构图片清晰准确,可以对图片进行信息提取及相关数据的计算工作。 In order to sample forest litter and capture its cross-sectional structures, polyethylacrylate was used to fix the natural forest litter structure, and then the edges around the fixed litter were cut and the selected litters were collected.The collected litters were cured by paraffin to improve the hardness, and the then cured litters were cut and planed.In order to obtain the pictures of the forest lit- ter structures, the cross-sectional profile were scanned after the wax of the planed parts melted.The results showed that the sampling litters remained their original structures.It suggested that these forest litters have certain hardness for moving to laboratory.Meanwhile, the scanned pictures were clear and accurate for further structure analyzing and data calculation.
