摘要
求真,是淮阴师范学院第一附属小学多年来的办学实践总结和文化追求,是在纷繁复杂的教育世界中的文化坚守。坚守本真教育,就是努力构建符合地方特点、时代特征的学生文化,构建指向学习本质的本真课堂;就是还学生学习的主动权、选择权、探究权,让学生成为学习的主人;就是变革管理理念,整合各种资源,让师生成为发展的主人。
Pursuit of truth is the summarization of school-running practice and cultural pursuit of our school for many years, and it is also a cultural persistence in the complicated world of education. Persistence in true education indicates that school should strive to construct local culture with the features of the times and the genuine classroom with the essence of learning, that the rights of autonomous learning, selection and exploration should be given back to students so that they could be the master of learning, and that the idea of administration should be innovated and various resources should be integrated so that teachers and students can be the master of development.
