摘要 教师子女的教育长期被社会误读,对教师子女的教育保持什么样的教育心态,以及教师家长如何转变自己的教育角色,是新时期教师子女教育中的难点。对500名教师子女的调查发现,教师子女学业较受重视,人格相对独立,对教师的权威性认识偏弱,与家长的关系呈多元化格局。要提高教师子女教育的效益,应校正教师子女的学校教育行为,调整教师子女的家长教育心态,激发教师子女的积极学习动机,引导教师子女的良好学习行为。 Teachers' children education has long been misinterpreted in our society and the new difficuhy now is what mentality shouht be taken and how teacher parents change their roles in education. A survey of 500 teachers' children reveals that teachers' children's learning is given more priority, their personality more independent, weaker recognition of teachers' authority, multi - dimensional relations with their parents. To raise the efficiency of teachers' children education, the educational behaviors of teachers' children should be regulated, the mentality of parents' education should be adjusted, teachers' children should be motivated to study actively and their learning habits should be helped to form.
