Regional culture is an important component of China＇s civilization, and integrating regional culture into Chinese teaching is conducive to students＇ cognition, understanding and inheritance of excellent traditional culture. This paper expounds related concepts of regional culture research in junior middle school Chinese instruction, explores the significance and analyzes the current situation of such research, suggesting the vision of future research on regional culture in Chinese teaching.
