火器营站围护结构施工技术研究

摘要 结合北京地铁10号线二期工程17标的工程实例,具体阐述了在无水砂卵石地层中围护桩的成孔、钢支撑架设和桩间挂网喷射混凝土护壁的具体施工方法,在基坑开挖过程中,采用分步分层的土方开挖方式,每层开挖深度不大于2.0 m,及时架设钢支撑,及时进行挂钢筋网喷射C20混凝土护壁,配以早强剂和速凝剂的使用,有效的保证了基坑侧壁土方的稳定性,确保了基坑安全。 Based on the truth of No. 17 of Beijing subway 10 line Ⅱ project,this study gives us a brief introduction to specific construction methods of projects in waterless sandy cobble stratum,like retaining piles into a hole,setting up a steel shotcrete and net-suspended spray concrete retaining wall. During the project of digging the deep foundation pit,we should do the earthwork step-by-step and layer-by-layer,and also should keep the depth of each layer under 2. 0 m. Moreover,by setting up steel shotcrete and net-suspended spray C20 concrete retaining wall on time,with the help of early strength agent and accelerating agent,we can effectively guarantees the stability of side of foundation pit and the safety of the foundation pit.
