This paper discussed the importance of doing well seepage prevention work in housing construction,from building design,housing construction,housing building materials and other aspects,analyzed the leakage causes in housing construction process,and proposed corresponding solution measures,at the same time researched and discussed the application of all kinds of seepage prevention construction technology in housing construction,to ensure the quality of overall housing construction.
