摘要
分析了中美BIM技术的应用现状及发展障碍,从BIM软件、BIM高校教育以及BIM政府政策行业规范等方面进行了分析,总结了我国现阶段BIM技术应用存在问题和发展优势,并提出了促进BIM推广普及的建议,以推动BIM技术在我国建筑业的深入发展。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of BIM technology of China and the United States and the development obstacles,from BIM software,BIM education in colleges and universities,and government policy plus industry standards were analyzed,and summarizes the application of BIM technology problems at the present stage in China and development advantages,and give some advices to promote BIM popularization,further development to promote BIM technology in the construction industry in our country.
