摘要
BT作为一种新型的建设模式,在我国一些重大城市基础设施工程领域已得到了广泛应用,特别是近几年BT模式引入到房建项目中并取得了一定成效,通过对BT模式下安置项目建设工程项目实例分析,提出了政府拆迁安置项目采用BT建设模式应注意的一些问题,并给出相关建议。
As a new mode of construction,BT mode has been widely used in some big cities in infrastructure engineering field of our country. Especially in recent years,BT mode is introduced into the constructed project and achieved some results. Through the instance analysis of housing placement under the BT mode,propose some problems that the government housing placement should pay attention by using BT mode,and give relative suggestions.
