科技创业孵化综合服务平台是运用信息、网络等现代技术构建的开放共享的科技基础设施和公共信息服务平台,是加快科技企业孵化器软服务能力建设的重要途径。文中通过对目前科技企业孵化器公共服务平台的建设现状分析,提出了科技创业孵化综合服务平台的功能设计,并对平台共享服务模式进行了探讨。

The integrated service platform of science and technology business incubator is an important way to accelerate the construction of soft service ability of scientific and technological enterprise incubator. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the construction of public service platform of scientific and technological enterprises, the paper presents the function design of the integrated service platform of science and technology business incubator, and discusses the mode of sharing service.
