摘要
文中就技术标准对企业技术创新能力的影响进行了理论分析,认为虽然技术标准对企业技术创新能力同时存在积极和消极作用,但总体而言,技术标准有利于企业技术创新能力的提升,并从政府、行业、企业3个层面提出了相关对策建议。
This paper theoretically analyzed the impact of technical standards on technology innovation capability and proposed that although technical standards had both positive and negative effect on technology innovation capability, technical standards had a promoting effect to technology innovation capability in general, then advanced some countermeasures and suggestions to the government, industry association and enterprises.
