敏捷开发方法在企业信息系统开发中的应用

Application of Agile Development Method in the Development of Enterprise Information System

针对普遍存在的企业信息系统开发失败率较高的问题,提出将敏捷开发方法应用于企业信息系统的开发进程中,从而有效提升企业信息系统的成功率。然后,以某公司技术支持系统为背景,将敏捷开发方法贯穿于该技术支持系统的开发过程,描述了敏捷开发方法的具体应用方式,并以系统具体功能开发过程为例进一步详细说明。最后提出对于敏捷开发方法在企业信息系统中应用的经验总结。

Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of enterprise information system development, this paper puts forward the agile development method applied in the process of enterprise information system development, so as to improve the success rate of enterprise information system. Then, based on the technical support system of a company, the agile development method runs through the development of the technology support system, and describes the specific application of the agile development method, and takes the specific function of the system as an example. Finally, this paper presents a summary of the application of agile development method in enterprise information system.
