摘要
以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA)为引发剂,在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐([bmim]BF4)离子液体中自由基聚合合成聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)。采用红外光谱对共聚物进行表征。通过单因素试验考察了各合成条件对聚合反应的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。在此条件下获得的聚合物特性粘数为8.5 m L/g。
PAM was prepared through radical polymerization in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquids by using benzoperoxide/N, N-dimethylaniline( BPO/ DMA) as initiator. The structure of the polymer was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The effect of synthesis conditions on the polymerization reaction was investigated through single factor analysis method, and the optimal process condition was determined. The intrinsic viscosity of polymer prepared under the optimal condition can reach to 8.5 m L/g.
