轨道交通对沿线土地利用结构的影响研究——以深圳市环中地铁线宝安区段为例 被引量:1

摘要 对传统的半径维数的计算方法进行改进,通过对轨道做缓冲半径建立起由内及外的范围等级区域,进而计算轨道沿线的带状区域的土地利用结构的半径维数,并记为"缓冲半径维数"。以深圳市环中线的宝安区段及其沿线的区域为例,计算并对比分析该区域不同土地类型的回转半径维数和缓冲半径维数,同时阐述了轨道线对沿线不同土地利用类型的影响机制。研究结果表明:对于沿线的多种土地利用类型而言,缓冲半径维数比回转半径维数能更好地匹配实际土地利用类型的空间特征;轨道线对居住用地和商业用地有吸引作用,对工业用地有明显的排斥倾向,而对保留地则呈现出暂时性的突高特征,对公共设施用地、绿地和城中村则没有明显的影响导向。 The paper improves the method of calculating the radius dimension. Comparing gyroidal radius dimension, which is a traditional one to calculate it, the paper tries to build different buffering zones of different scales based on the rail transit in order to calculate the radius dimension of land use structure of the strip are along the rail transit. This improved radius dimension is named as "buffering radius dimension". Then, taking the 5^th subway (Baoan section) in Shenzhen as a ease, it calculates and analysis the two kinds of radius dimension- "buffering radius dimension" and "gyroidal radius dimension" of the study areas. Furthermore, it elaborates the influencing mechanism of the rail transit to the different kinds of land use along it. The results are shown in the following aspects. (1) "buffering radius dimension" are better than "gyroidal radius dimension" to match the practical spatial characteristics of the different kinds of land use; (2) rail transit has an attraction to the residential land and commercial land, and has a temporary severe impact on the reserved land, but repel to the industrial land and has no influence on the public facilities land, green land and the land for city village.
