我国城市土地利用结构生态效率DEA模型分析

Study on Eco-Efficiency of Urban Land Use Structure Based on DEA in China

研究目的:评价我国重点城市土地利用结构生态效率并进行结构优化设计。研究方法:基于生态效率概念的数据包络分析方法。研究结果:2011年所选80个城市中有9个城市技术效率有效,18个城市纯技术效率有效;2009—2011年,技术效率有效城市数量逐年增加。研究结论:现阶段我国城市土地利用结构生态效率提高的重点在提高其规模效率。

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the eco-efficiency of land use structure in cities of Chinese and optimize this structure. Methods employed include DEA based on eco-efficiency. The results show that there is 9/80 city chosen in this study is technical efficiency and 18/80 city is pure technical efficiency and the number of cities which is technical efficiency is increasing by years from 2009 to 2011. The results show that the improvement of eco-efficiency of land use structure depends most on the improvement of scale efficiency.
