摘要
基于系统动力学对江苏科技镇长团工作绩效进行了实证研究,梳理了国内外研究现状,构建了科技镇长团工作绩效因果关系模型,分析了因果关系,基于数据的可得性、可计算性和现实性,得出了科技镇长团工作体系关系流图,对科技镇长团工作绩效动态结构模型进行了仿真分析,研究了影响科技镇长团工作绩效的因素,探索了企业、地方、镇长团成员和派出单位四方共赢的长效机制,最后提出了对策建议。
This paper conducted empirical research on the mayor of science and technology group performance based on Systemic Dynamics, introducing the mayor of science and technology group work in J iangsu, constructing causality model, carrying out the causality analysis, getting relationship between flow diagram based on the data availability, computability, and reality, then carrying out the dynamic structure model simulation analysis, studying influence factors of the mayor of science and technology group performance, exploring A long-term mechanism between Sending units,enterprises,The mayor group members and the local multi-win-win situation. Finally, putting forward some countermeasures to promote technology mayor group work performance.
