摘要
在Furman等创新能力分析框架的基础上,引入空间经济因素,运用2009-2013年新丝绸之路经济带9省市面板数据,实证检验了该区域创新能力差异与影响因素。结果表明,区域创新能力不仅受R&D规模、科技投入经费等创新投入,以及创新需求、制度环境等基础条件的影响,而且受创新要素区际互动的影响更为显著,创新要素区际互动主要表现为区域技术市场技术输入(出)的规模,以创新要素区际互动及空间报酬递增为基础的循环累积效应显著影响了区域创新能力差异的形成。
Based on the framework of innovation capability and spatial factors by Krugman, this paper makes an empirical study on the differences and the determinants of regional innovation capability of Silk-road Economic Belt, using panel data at 9 provincial levels from 2009 to 2013. The result shows that, regional innovation capability is determined by not only traditional factors such as supply-demand and policy, but innovation interaction factor which is more important. The interaction of innovation elements is mainly reflected in the scale of regional technology input(output). We find that the cause of regional innovation disparity is the cyclic cumulative effect based on innovation interaction and increasing returns of innova- tion.
