新常态下我国企业国际化与创新绩效关系研究——基于100大跨国公司的数据

Under the New Normal of the Relationship between Chinese Enterprise Internationalization and Innovation Performance——Based on the Data of Chinese top 100 Multinationals

在回顾相关文献的基础上,构建了国际化程度与创新绩效的关系模型,根据2014年中国100大跨国公司相关数据,采取结构方程模型法分析了企业国际化程度与创新绩效的关系,发现国际化深度与创新绩效负相关,国际化广度与创新绩效正相关。

On the basis of reviewing the relevant research, this paper builds a theory model about the degree of enterprise internationalization affecting innovation performance. According to the data of Chinese top 100 multinationals, this paper adopts the method of structural equation modeling to analyze the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and innovation performance, finding the degree of internationalization depth and innovation performance have a negative connection, while the degree of internationalization scope can promote the innovation performance notably.
