水基脱模剂制备及性能检测的综合实训探索

Study on Preparation and Properties of Aqueous A-alloy Die Casting Release Agent

文中将铝合金压铸水基脱模剂制备及性能研究设计为高职学生综合实训项目。以白油、废机油和二甲基硅油为基础原料,采用不同的乳化剂复配比例制备了6批铝合金压铸水基脱模剂,并对脱模剂乳液性能进行了检测。该实训项目与社会生产应用联系紧密,综合性强,有助于学生团队协作能力、科研创新能力及动手能力的培养。

This paper designed a comprehensive experiment for higher vocational students about the preparation and properties aqueous a -alloy die casting release agent.Six kinds of aluminum alloy die casting release agent was prepared with different proportions of com-pound emulsifier.The mineral oil,used engine oil and polydimethylsiloxane were used as raw materials.The properties of release agent were tested.The training project contact with the actual closely.It is helpful to cultivate students’practical ability,innovation ability and practice ability.
