摘要
结合学校发展历程和办学特色,以学生创新能力发展和精英人才培养定位,构建课堂理论教学、实验教学、学生科技创新三者相互辅佐支撑的精英教育体系。依托国家级电工电子实验教学示范中心,构建了分层次、全开放的实验教学大平台。课内基础实验、综合实验、专业实验直到毕业设计采用进阶式方式;课外科技创新从兴趣引导、基础培训、技能提升直到高端探索则采用渐进式方式,形成了课内外一体化的实验课程体系。通过科技竞赛、科研立项、创新课程和创新平台引领学生科技创新。实践表明,这些教育教学改革措施,有助于本科生创新型人才培养,同时还反映出研究型大学的特色及创新点。
Combined with our university development history and characteristics of running school,considering the development of student's innovation ability and cultivating elites with talent,our aim is to set up a system of elite education with class theory teaching, experimental teaching and students’scientific and technology innovation.Relying on the national -lever electrical and electronic ex-perimental teaching demonstration center,we are going to establish hierarchical and open style experimental teaching platform.We a-dopt advanced mode for in -class basic experiment,comprehensive experiment,professional experiment,and graduation design,and adopt progressive mode for the interest guidance of extracurricular science and technology innovation,basic training,skills upgrading and high -level exploration.In this case,we build integrated curriculum system inside and outside class.Also we lead students to do scientific innovation through the competition of science and technology,scientific research projects,innovation course and innovation platform.The practice shows that all these teaching reform methods really help the cultivation of innovative talents.Meanwhile,it also reflects the characteristics and innovation points of researching university.
