应用型高校食品化学实验教材建设的思考

Thoughts of Experiment Materials Construction of Food Chemistry of Applied-type University

实验教材建设是搞好实验教学的关键环节。为了进一步强化实验教材建设,促进实验教学质量的提高,文中分析了地方本科院校在食品化学实验课程教材建设中普遍存在的思路不清、特色不明、创新不够、监控不严等问题,并从教材建设理念、系统规划、研讨交流、管理监控等方面对新形势下如何加强食品化学实验教材建设进行了探讨。

The construction of experiment teaching materials is the key point to experiment teaching.In order to further strengthen the construction of teaching materials and promote the improvement of teaching quality,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems of unclear thinking,unique features,innovation is not enough and the monitoring is not strict existing in construction of food chemistry ex-periment teaching materials in local colleges.Simultaneously,we also discuss the ways to strengthen the construction of teaching mate-rials under the new situation from the teaching material construction idea,system planning,research and exchange,management and monitoring,etc.
