基于和谐医患关系视角的高校护生教育工作研究

摘要 基于和谐医患关系视角,针对目前高校护生教育工作中出现的护生专业、职业认同感低,课程设置不当、日常教学活动质量不高,服务意识和能力较差、综合素质有待提高等问题进行分析,并提出相应的建议措施。 From the perspective of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, numerous problems exist in the current education of nursing students in colleges and universities. These problems include the low identity of the specialty and profession of nursing, the inappropriate curriculum, the inefficiency quality of daily teaching,the lower ability and awareness of service as well as the urgent requirement for an improvement of the overall quality of nursing students. This paper has substantially analyzed these problems and also accordingly recommended relevant measurements to solve them.
