关于临床安全用药法律保障的思考

Thoughts on the Legal Protection of Clinical Medication Safety

临床用药其疗程长,副作用及危害后果无法即时显现,对患者影响较大,是一项特殊的临床治疗行为。当前临床不安全用药危害后果日益明显,本文从法律角度,对我国在相关立法及司法领域的不足进行思考,探讨完善对临床用药安全的法律保障。

Clinical medication behavior is a special clinical treatment, which needs long term and has great influence on patients. At present, the effects of unsafe clinical medication have become increasingly terrible. From a legal point of view, this paper analyzed the deficiency in our legislation and judicial fields,aiming to perfect the legal protection of clinical medication safety.
