在当前政策支持下,卫生高职教育的各项措施正处于快速落实和完善时期,这必将为卫生职业教育的快速发展奠定坚实的基础和提供广阔的发展空间。所以,卫生职业教育工作者尤其是管理层,应审时度势、紧抓机遇,积极探讨社会化人才培养模式、着力提高人才培养质量,同时也要拓宽就业与培训渠道,本着为社会需求负责、为学生就业负责的态度,谱写为民服务的卫生高职教育篇章。

With the help of current policy, a lot of measurements are being performed and improved,which will lay a solid foundation and provide a larger space for the development of health higher vocational education in China. Therefore, the workers in health vocational education, especially in management layer,should seize the opportunity, explore the talent training mode of socialization, focus on improving the quality of personnel training, and broaden employment and training pathways to cultivate talents for our society.
