摘要
教学质量监控体系是高校实现临床医学专业认证(以下简称认证)目标、提升教育教学质量和水平的重要保障。高校要在认证标准的指导下,构建科学、合理的教学质量监控体系,一是更新教育理念,用认证标准指导教学质量监控体系的构建;二是加强教学质量监控组织机构体系的建设;三是完善教学质量监控制度体系的建设;四是深化教学质量监控指标体系的建设;五是健全教学质量监控激励与制约体系的建设。
The teaching quality monitoring system is the important guarantee for the realization of the target of clinical medical professional certification(hereinafter referred to as certification) and the improvement of education quality and level in the university. Under the guidance of certification standards, colleges and universities construct scientific and rational teaching quality monitoring system: one is to update the concept of education, to guide the teaching quality monitoring system construction with certification standards; the second is to strengthen the construction of organization system; the third is to improve the construction of monitoring system; the fourth is to deepen the construction of index system; the fifth is to perfect the construction of incentive and restraint system.
