加强高校辅导员队伍建设,需要凝神聚气,需要培育和践行自身的核心价值观。本文依托当前高校辅导员核心价值观的凝练内容,重点探讨高校辅导员核心价值观本身的内在意蕴,即高校辅导员核心价值观是辅导员群体角色确立的重要基础,是辅导员群体价值高度自觉的产物,是辅导员实然性的价值准则与应然性的价值追求的有机统一,是社会主义核心价值观在辅导员队伍中的延展和体现。

We need to focus on cultivating and practicing core values to improve college instructors＇ quality.Based on the compact content of the core values, this thesis mainly discusses the inner connotation of core values of college instructors, that means the core values of college instructors is the foundation of their role, the outcome of their consciousness, the organic integration of their value and pursuit, as well as the extension and embodiment of socialist core values in them.
