摘要
结合空调器用四通阀液击问题,对流经四通阀流体进行分析和试验,发现空调器在一定温度下静置一段时间后启动的一段时间内会有液态制冷剂流经四通阀。基于空调系统中四通阀液击的机制,在空调器以制热模式启动时,为避免因液态制冷剂流经四通阀导致四通阀液击损坏,提出应依据空调器开机压缩机启动运行后排气口液态制冷剂持续出现的时间,合理设置压缩机与四通阀启动时间间隔。
Combined with the issue of liquid hammer of 4-way reversing valve for airconditioner,the fluid flowing through the 4-way reversing valve is analyzed and tested.It is found that liquid refrigerant flows through the 4-way reversing valve while the air-conditioner starts for period of time,after the air-conditioner is out of running for a while.Based on the mechanism of liquid hammer of the 4-way reversing valve in air-conditioning system,when the air-conditioner starts as heating mode,in order to avoid the liquid hammer damage of 4-way reversing valve cased by the liquid refrigerant flowing through the 4-way reversing valve,it is proposed that the interval of starting time of the compressor and the4-way reversing valve should be set reasonably based on the lasting time of liquid refrigerant from the discharge outlet since the air-conditioner compressor starts to operation.
