利用生活废水余热的CO_2热泵系统 被引量:2

摘要 为了充分利用生活废水的余热,提出利用生活废水余热作为低温热源的CO2热泵系统,并分析生活废水温度、蒸发温度、气体冷却器出口温度、气体冷却器出口压力、吸气过热度、制取热水温度等参数对CO2跨临界循环热泵系统性能的影响,得出提高蒸发温度、降低气体冷却器出口温度、适当增加过热度会使系统的COP增大,且在生活废水温度为20℃,制取热水温度为60℃,蒸发温度为15℃的工况下,存在最优的气体冷却器出口压力(9.8 MPa),获得最大性能系数(5.5)。CO2热泵的能耗比空气源热泵、电加热器、燃气锅炉、燃油锅炉分别节约38.2%,80.7%,84.8%和82.7%,CO2热泵的年运行费用较低,空气源热泵、电加热器、燃气锅炉和燃油锅炉分别是其1.6倍、5.1倍、2.9倍和5.5倍。 In order to make full use of waste heat of domestic waste water,one CO2 heat pump system utilizing waste heat of domestic waste water as low temperature heat source is put forward.And the main factors that influence the system performance of this CO2 transcritical cycle heat pump system are analyzed including domestic waste water temperature,evaporating temperature,discharge temperature of gas cooler,discharge pressure of gas cooler,super heat degree of suction,and produced hot water temperature.It is concluded that the COP of the system can be improved by improving evaporating temperature,reducing the discharge temperature of gas cooler,increasing the degree of superheat appropriately.Under the condition of that the waste water temperature is 20 ℃,the produced hot water temperature is 60 ℃,and the evaporating temperature is 15 ℃,the optimal gas cooler outlet pressure(9.8 MPa)and maximum performance coefficient(5.5)can be obtained.The energy consumption of CO2 heat pump can be saved by 38.2%,80.7%,84.8% and 82.7% respectively compared with traditional air-source heat pump,electric heater,gas fired and fuel boiler.The operation cost of the CO2 heat pump is the lowest.The cost of traditional air-source heat pump,electric heater,gas fired and fuel boiler is1.6,5.1,2.9 and 5.5 times that of the CO2 heat pump.
