摘要
本文分析了在氯化工冷站中,间接冷却系统改造为直接冷却系统的可行性;根据原有制冷系统的特点,提出合理的改造方案;对比了旧系统(间接冷却系统)和改造后新系统(直接冷却系统)的优缺点,改造后的新系统,所有技术指标均达到要求,且运行费用降低,工艺控制集中,有利于操作。
In this article,the feasibility,which of transforming an indirect cooling system into a direct cooling system in chloride cooling station,is analyzed;According to the characteristics of the original refrigeration systems,reasonable schemes are proposed;Compared to the advantages and disadvantages of old system(indirect cooling system)the new system(direct cooling system),which has all satisfactory technical indexes,lower operating costs,and more concentrated control processes,is advantageous to the operation.
