资源门限、工业化进程与城市创新能力——来自长三角城市圈门限面板回归模型的检验

Resource Threshold,the Process of Industrialization and Urban Innovation Capability: Test from Yangtze City Triangle with Threshold Panel Regression Model

以长三角16个城市2000——2013年的面板数据为样本,采用门限面板回归模型实证检验资源门限下工业化进程对城市创新能力的影响。得出的结论和启示为:人力资源的规模决定了工业化进程对城市创新能力的影响程度;只有物质资源跟上工业化的步伐,达到一定的规模后,工业化才会对城市创新能力产生推动作用;当环境承载力被突破后,工业化对城市创新能力的作用将会发生逆转。

Taking the panel data of 16 Cities in Yangtze River Delta Region from 2000 to 2013 as sample, the paper empirically tests the effect of industrialization on urban innovation capability un- der the resource threshold. And the conclusions are as follows： the scale of human resources de- termines the degree of influence of process of industrialization on the urban innovation capacity; industrialization can boost the urban innovation capability, only if matedal resources keep up with the pace of industrialization and reach a certain size; when the environmental bearing capacity is broken, the effect of industrialization on urban innovation capability will be reversed.
