针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with TCM acupuncture

目的探讨中医针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月21日-2015年7月21日医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者180例,随机分为观察组与对照组各90例。对照组予牵引疗法治疗,观察组予中医针灸疗法治疗,比较2组临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腰骶痛评分、腿痛评分明显低于对照组,直腿抬高度改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果好,能有效缓解患者腰腿疼痛,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 180 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomlY divided into observation group and control group ,90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traction therapy, the observation group was treated by acupuncture, and the clinical effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 97.78%, significantly higher than the con- trol group 83.33% ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The observation group of the lumbosacral pain score and pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the improvement of straight leg raising angle is better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is good, can effectively relieve pain, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
