摘要 明确了使用阶段装备保障方案的概念内涵。针对使用阶段装备保障方案评价问题,从评价参数和评价方法两个方面入手,系统回顾了国内外开展使用阶段装备保障方案评价的历史,分析了国内外研究工作的特点与进展,总结了现有研究成果,通过对照比较,指出了现有研究中存在的不足之处。在此基础上,从使用阶段装备保障评价问题的基础理论、系统分析和保障仿真技术3个方面,提出了后续的研究建议,对于相关科研人员具有重要参考和借鉴意义。 To define the conception of the equipment support concept in operational phase,against the evaluation problem of equipment support concept in operational phase,starting from both the evaluation parameters and evaluation methods,the research history of the equipment support concept in operational phase at home and abroad is reviewed,the characteristic and progress of research work is analyzed,the existing research results is summarized,according to the compare,the shortage of the existing research is indicated. On this basis,from the basic theory,system analysis and support simulation technology of the evaluation problem of equipment support concept in operational phase,the follow-up research suggests that have important reference significance for the relevant research staff is proposed.
