AURKA T91A多态性与新疆维、汉民族乳腺癌易感性的关联研究

Correlation Study of AURKA T91A Gene Polymorphism and Breast Cancer Susceptibility of Xinjiang Uygur and Han women

摘要 目的探讨AURKA T91A基因多态性在维、汉民族乳腺癌中的分布的差异与乳腺癌易感性的关系。方法应用PCR-RFLP检测192例维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者、200例健康者及254例汉族女性乳腺癌患者及200例健康者AURKA T91A位点多态性,分析该位点多态性与新疆维、汉民族乳腺癌易感性之间的关系。结果在病例组及对照组中,不同基因型及等位基因频率在维、汉两民族中分布的差异均具有统计学意义。维吾尔族组中,携带A等位基因的人群较携带T等位基因的人群患乳腺癌的风险减低(OR=0.740,95%CI=0.558-0.982,P=0.037)。汉族乳腺癌组中,AA vs.TT、AA vs.(TT+TA)、TT vs.(TA+AA)3种遗传模型都没有显示出增加患乳腺癌的风险。结论 AURKA T91A位点多态性与新疆维吾尔族乳腺癌易感性相关,T等位基因为易感基因,可作为新疆维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患病风险因子。 Objective To investigate the distribution of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) at T91 A position of AURKA gene and its relationship with susceptibility to breast cancer of Uyghur and Han patients.Methods AURKA T91 A polymorphism was detected in 192 Uyghur female cases,200 Uyghur controls,254 Han female cases and 200 Han controls using PCRRFLP method,its relationship with breast cancer susceptibility was analyzed.Results In the 2 groups,the difference in different genotypes and allele frequencies between the Uygur and Han ethnic groups were statistically significant.Carrying A allele reduced the risk of breast cancer in Uygur women(A vs.T:OR = 0.740,95% CI = 0.558-0.982,P = 0.037).In the Han group,AA vs.TT,AA vs.(TT + TA),TT vs.(TA + AA),the 3 genetic models had not increased risk of breast cancer.Conclusion AURKA T91 A polymorphism is associated with the susceptibility of breast cancer,especially in Uygur populations,T allele is a susceptibility gene and risk factor of breast cancer.
