微粒体环氧化物水解酶(EPHX1)基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤易感性的Meta分析

摘要 目的探讨微粒体环氧化物水解酶(EPHX1)编码基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤的遗传易感性的关系。方法按照制定的检索策略,检索相关数据库中的文献,获取有关EPHX1基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤易感性的病例-对照研究,提取相关数据进行Meta分析。以病例组和对照组基因型分布的比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)作为效应指标。结果共纳入EPHX1 Y113H多态位点的6篇文献,累计病例806例,对照1 156例。纳入的结果使用Meta分析显示EPHX1 Y113H基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤易感性无相关性[(CC vs TT:OR=1.33,95%CI:0.87~2.05,P〉0.05);(CT vs TT:OR=1.11,95%CI:0.93~1.33,P〉0.05);(CC/CT vs TT:OR=1.11,95%CI:0.95~1.30,P〉0.05);(CC vs CT/TT:OR=1.24,95%CI:0.86~1.78,P〉0.05)]。EPHX1 H139R多态位点共4篇文献,累计病例491例,对照760例。Meta分析显示EPHX1 H139R基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤易感性无相关性[(GG vs AA:OR=0.74,95%CI:0.40~1.08,P〉0.05);(AG vs AA:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.83~1.32,P〉0.05);(GG/AG vs AA:OR=1.00,95%CI:0.79~1.27,P〉0.05);(GG vs AG/AA:OR=0.72,95%CI:0.41~1.27,P〉0.05)]。结论 EPHX1 Y113H或H139R基因多态性与泌尿系恶性肿瘤易感性无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between microsomal epoxide hydrolase (EPHX1) polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to malignant tumor of urinary system . Methods Both English and Chinese language databases were searched for relevant literature on the relationship between EPHX1 polymorphism and malignant tumor of urinary system using a preformulated search strategy. Data on the association were evaluated using odds ratio (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results 6 studies were included based on the selection criteria, involving 806 cases and 1156 controls examined the EPHX1 polymorphism Yll3H. There was no significant association between the EPHX1 polymorphism YI13H and susceptibility to malignant tumor of urinary system by meta-analysis [ ( CC vs Tr: OR = 1.33,95 % C1:0.87 ~ 2.05, P 〉 0.05 ) ; ( CT vs TT: OR = 1.11,95 % CI: 0.93 ~ 1.33, P 〉 0.05 ) ; ( CC/CT vs TT: OR = 1.11,95 % CI: 0.95 ~ 1.30, P 〉 0.05 ) ; ( CC vs CT/TI': OR = 1.24,95% C1:0.86 - 1.78, P 〉 0.05 ) ]. A total of 4 studies involving 491 cases and 760 controls examined the EPHX1 polymor- phism H139R. There was no significant association between the EPHX1 polymorphism H139R and susceptibility to malignant tumor of urinary system [ ( GG vs AA : OR = 0.74,95% CI : 0.40 - 1.08, P 〉 0.05 ) ; ( AG vs AA : OR = 1.04,95% C1:0.83 ~ 1.32,P 〉0.05) ; (GG/AG vs AA:OR = 1.00,95%CI:0.79 - 1.27,P 〉0.05) ;(GG vs AG/AA:OR =0.72,95% CI:0.41 - 1.27, P 〉 0.05 ) ]. Conclusion There is no correlation between polymorphism of EPHX1 Y113 H and susceptibility to malignant tumor of urinary system,as well as EPHX1 polymorphism H139R.
