多中心型Castleman病2例临床病理分析

Clinicopathological Analysis of 2 Cases of Multicentric Castleman's Disease

目的探讨多中心型Castleman病的临床病理学特点及诊断要点。方法对2例多中心型Castleman病的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献对其诊断及鉴别诊断进行探讨。结果 2例多中心型Castleman病患者均为透明血管型。免疫组化无特征性改变;EBER原位杂交示2例透明血管型Castleman病均阳性。2例中有1例具有完整随访资料,随访结果为手术切除后痊愈,未复发。结论多中心型Castleman病,临床少见,因此缺乏对其认识,从而易与其他疾病混淆导致误诊。提高对多中心型Castleman病的认识,对避免误诊是至关重要的。

Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and diagnostic criteria of multicentric Castleman＇s disease（CD）.Methods Clinicopathological data of 2 cases of multicentric CD were retrospectively studied,its diagnosis and differential diagnosis were explored combined with literatures.Results 2 cases of multicentric CD were hayline vascular type.Immunhistochemical results had not specific change; EBER-ISH showed positive signal in 2 hayline vascular cases.1 case had complete follow-up data,which were healed by surgical resection without recurrence.Conclusion Multicentric CD is very rare and lack of awareness,it is easily confused with other diseases and leads to misdiagnosis.It is essential to avoid misdiagnosis by raising awareness.
