The design method of dual mode circular waveguide filter based on impedance inverter

提出一种基于阻抗变换器的双模圆波导滤波器设计方法,将腔体之间的耦合机构和同一腔体简并模式之间的耦合机构用阻抗变换器模型等效,采用全波仿真软件逐级确定耦合结构和调谐结构尺寸的仿真策略,避免耗时的全波仿真优化,并通过一个双模圆波导滤波器的设计实例验证该方法的有效性和准确性.

We presented a dual mode circular waveguide filter design method based on impedanceinverter. The coupling between the cavity and the same cavity degenerate mode were equivalent to theimpedance inverter. By using full wave simulation to determine the coupling structure size step by step,thetime consuming optimization was avoided. Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method wereverified by a design example of a dual mode circular waveguide filter.
