摘要
目的:观察脑清通颗粒对高血压肝热痰瘀证大鼠血浆中内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量的影响,探讨其治疗高血压的作用机制。方法:采用慢性复合电刺激加高脂饮食致大鼠高血压肝热痰瘀证模型,测定大鼠血浆中ET-1和AngⅡ的含量。结果:与治疗前及模型组比较,脑清通颗粒各剂量组治疗第2周血压明显降低(P<0.01),第3周降压作用最明显;与模型组比较,脑清通颗粒各剂量组均能降低模型大鼠血浆中ET-1和AngⅡ的含量(P<0.01)。结论:脑清通颗粒可降低高血压肝热痰瘀证模型大鼠血压,其降压机制可能与降低血浆中ET-1和AngⅡ的含量有关。
Objective: To observe the influence of NaoQingTortg granules on the contents of ET- 1 and Ang Ⅱ of rats with hypertension of liver-heat phlegm-stasis pattern, and to explore its mechanism of treating hypertension. Methods: Rat model was prepared by chronic compound electrical stimulation and high fat diet to detect the contents of ET-1 and Ang Ⅱ in the plasma. Results: Compared with before treating and the model group, blood pressure in different doses groups of NaoQingTong granules decreased obviously in the second week after treating (P〈0.01), the de- crease of blood pressure was the most obvious in the third week; compared with the model group, the contents of ET-1 and Ang Ⅱ in the plasma of rats decreased in different doses groups of NaoQingTong granules (P〈0.01). Conclusion: NaoQingTong granules could lower blood pressure of the rats with hypertension of liver-heat phlegm-stasis pattern, and its mechanism might be related to decreasing the contents of ET-1 and Ang II in the plasma of rats.
