奇正青鹏软膏联合复方倍他米松局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of QiZheng QingPeng Ointment Combined with Betamethasone in the Block Therapy for Keloids

目的:观察奇正青鹏软膏联合复方倍他米松局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:将瘢痕疙瘩患者60例随机分为2组,每组30例,对照组给予复方倍他米松注射液1 m L+2%利多卡因注射液1 m L稀释后局部瘢痕内注射,治疗组在此基础上外用奇正青鹏软膏。结果:治疗1年后治疗组治愈率26.67%,对照组6.67%。结论:青鹏软膏联合复方倍他米松对预防瘢痕疙瘩增生、复发、止痒、止痛有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of QiZheng QingPeng ointment combined with betamethasone in the block therapy for keloids. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group, the control group accepted the injection of betamethasone injection 1 mL and 2% lidocaine injection after diluted into the scars locally,the treatment group were applied to QiZheng QingPeng ointment externally on the foundation. Resuits： Cure rate of the treatment group was 26.67% ,higher than 6.67% of the control group in one year after treating. Conclusion： QiZheng QingPeng ointment combined with betamethasone are effective in preventing the proliferation, relapse, relieving the itching and pain of keloids.
