临床护理路径对提高单纯股骨干骨折患者满意度以及生活质量的影响

Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Quality of Life and Improving Satisfaction Degrees of the Patients with Simple Femoral Shaft Fracture

目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对提高单纯股骨干骨折患者生活质量以及满意度的影响。方法:将单纯股骨干骨折患者160例随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。观察组采用CNP模式,对照组采用传统的护理模式,观察2组患者对于治疗和护理的满意度,以及住院时间和费用等情况。结果:对护理的满意度方面对照组明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院时间和费用方面对照组较观察组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的生存指标显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CNP对单纯性股骨干骨折患者有较好效果,可提高患者对护理的满意度以及生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。

Objective： To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） on quality of life and satisfaction degrees of the patients with simple femoral shaft fracture. Methods： All 160 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 80 cases each group. The observation group adopted CNP mode and the control group traditional nursing mode, to observe the patients＇ satisfaction degrees to the therapy and nursing, hospi- talization time and costs and others. Results： The control group was lower than the observation group notably in nursing satisfaction degrees, and the difference indicated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; the control group was higher than the observation group in hospitalization time and medical cost, and the difference presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; the observation group was higher than the control group significantly in survival indexes, and the differ- ence showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CNP is effective in treating the patients with simple femoral shaft fracture, and it could improve the patients＇ satisfaction degrees to nursing and quality of life, shorten hospitalization time and reduce medical cost.
