不同仪器检测网织红细胞结果的可比性分析

Comparison Study of Reticulocyte Analysis Results Determined by Different Instruments

目的探讨网织红细胞(RET)在不同仪器之间检测结果的相关性。方法使用参考方法对Sysmex XE-5000进行仪器校准后,比较Sysmex XE-5000与Sysmex XN-20两台仪器检测网织红细胞比率的相关性。结果校准之后,两台仪器检测网织红细胞比率的结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),与手工方法比较也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论使用参考方法对Sysmex XE-5000的网织红细胞校准之后可使实验室内部的仪器比对具有可比性。

Objective To explore the correlation of reticulocyte （PET） detection results between different instruments. Methods The reference method （Sysmex XE- 5000） for instrument calibration was carried out, then the results of retieulocyte ratio tested by Sysmex XE- 5000 and Sysmex XN-20 was compared. Results There was no statistical significance between two instruments for detecting reticulocyte ratio （P 〉 0.05 ）. Moreover, no statistically significant differences were found when comparing these data with the manual method （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Intemal instruments are comparable for RET after calibrating Sysmex XE-5000 using reference method.
