Extracurricular Sports Competition is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities to develop students＇ sports hobbies, sports consciousness and is regarded as an important way to develop good exercise habits. Based on the current situation of the Middle School Sports Competition and management, the study explores several management measures to better carry out the after-school Sports Competition with providing a reference.
