碳四烯烃法乙酸仲丁酯合成反应模拟

A simulation for sec-butyl acetate synthesis reaction from C_4 olefin

摘要 以混合碳四为原料,采用碳四烯烃法可制备乙酸仲丁酯(sec-BA),并用Aspen plus软件模拟反应过程。结果表明,各反应的热负荷均为正值,即总反应为放热反应。在反应压力为0.80 MPa,反应温度为60℃,体积空速为2.5 h-1,乙酸/丁烯(摩尔比)为2.5的条件下,丁烯转化率达到最大值(85.1%)。sec-BA分别对1-丁烯、反式-2-丁烯和顺式-2-丁烯的选择性均大于1,说明合成反应不仅是单一反应,同时也是平行反应或连串反应。 sec - butyl acetate ( sec - BA ) was syn- thesized with mixed C4 as raw material by C4 olefin method, and reaction process was simulated by Aspen plus software. The results showed that the heat duty of each reaction was positive, indicating the total reac- tion was an exothermic reaction. The butene conver- sion reached maximum (85.1% ) under the condi- tions of reaction pressure 0.80 MPa,reaction temper- g ature 60 ℃, volume velocity 2.5 h - 1, acetic acid to butene mole ratio 2.5. The selectivity of sec - BA for 1 - butene, trans - 2 - butene and cis - 2 - butene was more than 1 respectively,which indicated that the synthesis reaction was not only single reaction, but al- so parallel reaction or consecutive reaction.
