摘要
团队已经成为当代知识发展的主要组织形式,如何达到高绩效的理想结果是学术和实践共同关注的议题。以"维果斯基空间"对知识创生过程的分析为研究框架,呈现了在三个具有不同团队绩效的案例中个体知识创新与团队知识生产相互促进或影响的过程。研究发现,共同目标、领导风格、评核机制和文化氛围是影响团队绩效的关键因素。
Team has been the main organizational form to develop knowledge in research institutes. High productivity of scientific teams is of both academic and practical concerns. Referring to the analysis of knowledge production in "Vygotsky Space", this research demonstrated how individual members and their teams interact in knowledge production in three scientific teams of social science with different level of productivity. The research found that common goal, leadership, evaluation system and culture are the most important factors.
