职业能力导向下高校继续教育改革研究

On the Reform of Continuing Higher Education Oriented to Vocational Capacity Training

在深入阐释职业能力的内涵及价值意义的基础上,认为我国高校继续教育存在的主要问题为:培养的学生缺乏相应的职业能力,专业技能特长不明显。提出普通高校继续教育人才培养的改革发展对策为:融入现代职业教育体系,以职业能力培养为重点,围绕专业人才的成长搭建能力结构,改革继续教育人才培养方案,推进高校继续教育的良性持续发展。

This research thoroughly examined the connotation of vocational ability and its value, and revealed the existing problems of continuing higher education in China such as graduates＇ deficient vocational capabilities and special skills. It, thus, proposed that specific steps can be taken to integrate modem professional education workouts focused on the training of occupational skills, restructure the elements of capacity-building and training programs of continuing education, and advance the sound and sustainable development of the continuing education in universities.
