摘要
随着国内高铁线路的陆续开通和高铁网的完善,高铁新区的出现成为当前国内城市建设的热点。分析国内高铁新区存在的问题,反思车站郊区化选址、站区规划定位与规模现状,并以武广高铁为案例,根据对其沿线各站点城际交通可达性、联系主城区的城市内部交通可达性的量化分析,以及核心区步行可达性对不同站区范围影响的定性分析,总结武广高铁沿线站点可达性的差异,提出发展策略,推进站点周边集约、高效以及可持续发展。
As the perfection of high speed railway network, the high speed railway district has become the hot spot of domestic urban construction. By analyzing the existing problems of high speed railway district in China, such as suburbanized location,orientation planning and scale status of railway station, this article takes Guangzhou-Wuhan high speed railway as an example,makes quantitative analysis of the accessibility of intercity traffic and qualitative analysis of the influence of the urban pedestrian area's accessibility. Based on the differences of the accessibility of the stations on the Guangzhou-Wuhan high speed railway,the strategies to promote intensive, efficient and sustainable development are illustrated.
